Does Senvail check for scams?

Senvail Pro is available with a paid subscription. Check websites and links for known threats, or inspect English messages and public webpage text for common warning signs. For automatic website checks, sign in inside the extension, open Scam protection settings, and turn protection on. Online checks need an internet connection. No check catches every scam.

Something seems suspicious

Pause before entering personal information or sending money. Open the organization's website using an address or bookmark you already trust. Senvail support can help with the extension, but cannot certify a website or recover money.

Accounts and billing

Free tracker protection needs no account. Senvail Pro requires a signed-in account and subscription. Use your account to subscribe, refresh your plan, or manage billing. See billing information.

“We couldn’t check this website” or an ! on Senvail

Check your internet connection, sign in again if needed, and refresh your Pro plan. Then open Senvail on the website and choose Check this website. Busy periods or service limits can leave a website unchecked. A failed check is not a safe result.

A warning seems wrong

Choose Go back. To report a possible mistake, email support with a public address you are comfortable sharing. If you decide to proceed, More options contains Continue anyway; this pauses that exact address’s warning in that tab for about one minute.

A website is not working

Open Senvail on the affected page and enable Allowlist for that site, then reload the page. If that resolves the issue, you can leave the site allowed or use View Details to adjust individual tracker exceptions. Turn the allowlist off to restore protection.

A page shows little or no activity

Reload the page after installing or reloading the extension. Senvail observes supported activity as it happens. Chrome settings, the Web Store, and other restricted pages cannot be monitored. A quiet report is not proof that a website is safe.

Protection updates

Use Check for Updates in the popup. If an update fails, check your connection and try again later. The last successfully installed tracker list remains available. Coverage is limited to the installed tracker list; not every advertisement or tracker will be blocked.

Clear recorded activity

Use Clear History on a site's popup to remove that site's recorded activity. Uninstalling Senvail removes its extension storage. See Privacy and limitations for storage limits and data handling.

Email support@senvail.com. Include your Chrome version, Senvail version, the steps that caused the issue, and whether allowing the site helped. Share a public website address only if you are comfortable doing so.
